Objectives + Strategies + Tactics
This section is for identifying the objectives, strategies, and tactics of iniating the emergency preparedness course. Each factor has been carefully developed to create an efficient and effective marketing plan.

Objectives are how we will measure the success of the marketing plan once it is implemented
Strategies address how objectives are to be achieved
Tactics are the specific actions, details, and activities that must occur in order for the strategy to succeed and the objective to be met
Objective 1
Participants will achieve a minimum of 80% on practical skills and assessments.
Strategy 1
Enhancing emergency response skills by having skills and assessments

Tactic 1
Schedule workshops where participants practice specific emergency response skills, such as CPR, basic first aid, and using emergency equipment
​Tactic 2
​Organize scenario-based training sessions that stimulate real emergencies, which allow participants to apply skills in a controlled environment
Objective 2
Each participant will complete a communication drill with a score of 90% or higher on clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
Strategy 2
Improving emergency communication protocols with communication drill assessments
Tactic 1
Develop and conduct drills where participants practice relaying information using specific scripts, which ensures focus on clarity and precision

​Use role-playing exercises where participants act as emergency responders, handling various types of communication in time sensitive situations.
Objective 3
An emergency plan will be evaluated on a rubric with 85% or higher as the passing score

Developing a personal emergency preparedness plan with the plan being evaluated.
Tactic 1
provide a standardized template and clear guidelines for what a comprehensive emergency plan should include, such as risk assessment, emergency contacts and evacuation routes.

Host workshops where participants work through each section of the emergency plan with guidance from instructors.
