Hi everyone! My name is Abi Ismail and I am graduating from Indiana University Indianapolis this Decemeber with my degree in Health Services Management and my minor in Public Health. I am currently working at Indiana School of Dentistry as a clinic cashier and I am working at the Indiana Immunization Coalition as an intern. When I have spare time, I love to workout, read, hangout with my friends, and travel.

Growing up, I have always wanted to be in the healthcare industry. My mom is a pharmacist. And watching her patients stop her at the store and have geniune, heartfelt conversations with her always warmed my heart. I believe that everyone in healthcare needs an advocate. The healthcare system in the United States is far from simple and I think it is important that people know that there is someone who wants to be see them not get only better in their health but also just someone who is not afraid to speak up on their behalf. That is why I am in Health Services Management. I want to be that voice of reason for those who are not able to have a voice.
